The New Sheridan Hotel offers plenty of on-site dining options including one of the top restaurants in Telluride, the Chop House. The Parlor, serving the same menu as the Chop House, provides a more casual dining setting located at the entrance to the hotel and restaurant. The Roof, opened in 2016, provides patrons with 360 degree views of Telluride and is open during the summer months. A light menu and specialty cocktails make The Roof the place to be during the long days of June – September. The Phoenix Bean serves coffee in the morning and beer and wine in the evening, with an all day menu of breakfast, lunch and dinner items. The Historic Bar, with Telluride’s only commercial wood-burning fireplace, remains one of the best places to grab a drink in Telluride. Frequented by visitors and locals alike, the Historic Bar has always been the gathering place on Telluride’s Main Street.
